My “personal improvement” program

I have started learning some herbal medicine. It has always been something that I wanted to learn, so now it is part of my “personal improvement”. I am inserting an add from Amazon with the mortar and pestle I bought and am going to use for learning about herbal medicine. Also I am going to put up and add for the book I am using to start learning.

I first started wanting to learn about natural and herbal healing because of my fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed in Feb 1999. Within a couple of years I began buying books trying to learn about herbs: how they work and how to use them for healing. The art of herbal healing is very complicated and very time consuming, not to mention costly. I eventually gave it up.

I am going to do my best to start slow but not give up. My daughter wants to learn too so that might help me stay with it. The add I put up is for the book I have started reading and trying to organize things in my head. I first got it in an ebook on Kindle Unlimited. But my daughter bought the paperback for me. Reading on the computer is good, but if I am studying I want a book in my hands.

There are other things in my personal improvement program. I am working at improving my personal revelation. This I do by being 100% obedient to the best of my ability and by increasing my relationship with Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ. I am also working on improving my personal journaling. I want to journal more consistently and in a way that those who read it in the future can benefit from my experiences. I want to give them ways to get through this time we have here on earth a little easier. I want them to about my relationship with Heavenly Father and the struggle I had getting that relationship. I want them to understand just how much that relationship has improved me and my life. I want them to understand that no matter what is going on in my life, the Lord is always there!! To understand that He is the goal and going home to live with Him and my family for eternity is the point.
