On August 9th I had a Dr. appointment. During this appointment the Dr suggested that I try out a "no animal protein diet"! He showed me a web sight showing the research results. He said that the word "cure" is being used with fibromyalgia. I told him that I would consider it. He did state … Continue reading New to me
Today is my middle grandson's 7th birthday. He is a wonderful, silly, loving, ticklish, caring little boy, who loves cheese, orange soda, any kind of ball and yo-yos. My daughter and her children live with me and I am the caretaker for my 3 grandkids. For someone who has been disabled with fibromyalgia for 20 … Continue reading Tuesday 6/25 gratitude
Careful versus Casual is the talk given at the April 2019 General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints by Becky Craven, second counselor in the young women general presidency. I liked this talk because it helps me look at myself and see where I am in my life and my conversion. … Continue reading My review of “Careful vs Casual”
As usual Elder Jeffrey R. Holland dove right into my heart with his talk from General Conference. The talk is "Behold the Lamb of God", reading it would be most worth your time. John, called the baptist, called Jesus the Lamb of God. "It is instructive that this long-prophesied forerunner to Jesus did not call Him … Continue reading Review of “Behold the Lamb of God”

Some days is feels like the grief is just washing over me, and others if feels less "enveloping". I … Continue reading A tribute to Debbie Caple
I have been having a lot of trouble finding things to blog about the past 2 weeks. Which is very weird because I am a talker. I always have conversations running through my mind. I can be given a subject that I know even just a little about and I can talk about it. I … Continue reading You are loved!!
I am so grateful for the ability to repent. I spent quite a few years doing so many things that I later regretted. There was so much freedom from guilt and shame in the repentance process for me.
So, I'm having a pretty rough day today. All three of the grands have been sick off and on since last night about 9pm. My daughter and husband were up with them off and on all night. I have been up with them since 6am. Two of them have stopped vomiting and just "don't feel … Continue reading Today’s gratitude
Elder David A. Bednar's October 2018 General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints talk is awesome as his usually are. The title is "Gather Together in One All Things in Christ" I don't know if Elder Bednar's profession was teaching, but he is an outstanding teacher. I love his talks because … Continue reading My review of “Gather Together in One All Things in Christ”
